The moment you set foot into Heather Mountain Lodge you’ll realize you have arrived at a very special hotel. The main lodge is built in classic Canadian fashion, with massive fir and larch beams hand-built locally—a tribute to the timberframe craft. The vaulted ceiling in the spacious dining room frames a windowed panorama of the surrounding mountains. Our second floor loft lounge is ideal for more intimate occasions, reading a book or a relaxing game of billiards and a beer with friends. Our massive deck looks out over the grounds, herb garden and fish pond, providing the perfect location for a lazy afternoon. For those returning from a more active day, soak your legs in our deep outdoor hot tub.
Every room at Heather Mountain Lodge has amazing views of the peaks that make up Canada’s famous Glacier National Park. The rooms are comfortably familiar and the views are extraordinary, providing a true mountain perspective. The guest rooms each have a private entrance and are located in a two-story building separate from the main lodge. Each room is appointed with two queen-sized beds draped in deep sleeping down duvets and an en-suite bathroom. Our rooms are equipped with many amenities, including a flat-screen television and free wireless internet. The final touch is personally selected artwork.
